Refund Policy

At BahgBoyz™, we stand behind the quality of our clothing and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Tags must still be attached

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Clearance items, sale items, and limited-edition drops may be final sale

📦 How to Start a Return

Email us at ceo@holeincorporated.com  with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you’d like to return

  • Reason for the return

Our team will respond with instructions and the return shipping address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to process

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

🔄 Exchanges

If you want to exchange for a different size or color:

  • Follow the return process

  • Request an exchange in your email

  • We’ll ship the replacement after your return is approved

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit

 

📬 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours with:

  • Photo or video proof

  • Order number

We’ll replace it free of charge.

 

⛔ Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Digital products

  • Worn or washed items
